I am proud to announce that Ward Transport and Logistics was named the 2024 top carrier in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic by the Mastio group in their fourth quarter study. This study heavily focuses on “Customer Value” and “Customer Loyalty,” which correlate with a company’s overall performance. At Ward, we are undeniably focused on our commitment to customers-first service excellence.
We are thrilled to be recognized not only as the top carrier in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic, but we also jumped to sixth place overall in a very competitive field. This Mastio study compares all major LTL carriers based on customer feedback. Over 1,600 customers were asked to analyze such metrics as website tools, transit times, and on-time deliveries. The survey is the industry standard in assessing a carrier’s value to customers.
