Celebrating the People Who Keep Ward Moving

As we celebrate Employee Appreciation Week, Ward Transport & Logistics is proud to recognize outstanding employees across our transportation and logistics network who consistently demonstrate what it means to Ship the Ward Way.

From professional P&D and linehaul drivers to dockworkers, mechanics, and Service Center support employees, these team members play an important role in providing the safe, reliable LTL freight transportation and exceptional service our customers depend on every day.

Each year, Ward honors individuals whose performance, dedication, safety, reliability, and commitment to our Cultural Beliefs set an example for those around them.

These awards are earned through consistent performance throughout the year. Honorees are selected based on criteria specific to their roles, including maintaining strong safety records, dependable attendance, meeting operational and service expectations, following required procedures, and demonstrating the values and behaviors that define our One Ward team.

Congratulations to Ward’s 2026 Employee Award Winners

To each of this year’s honorees, congratulations and thank you for the commitment, hard work, and leadership you bring to Ward Transport & Logistics.

Recognition like this represents more than a title. It reflects the effort put in every day—serving our customers, supporting fellow employees, working safely, solving problems, and helping our Service Centers and transportation network succeed.

Our award winners represent the people behind Ward’s LTL freight network. From P&D drivers serving customers in local markets and linehaul drivers moving freight between Service Centers to dockworkers handling shipments and mechanics keeping our equipment moving, each role contributes to the safe, reliable freight transportation our customers count on every day.

And while we’re proud to recognize these individuals, Employee Appreciation Week is also an opportunity to thank every member of the Ward team. Whether you’re behind the wheel, on the dock, in the shop, in an office, or supporting our network in another role, your contribution matters.

Together, we are One Ward, and together we continue to Ship the Ward Way.

Congratulations to all of our 2026 Award winners!
